Our client is currently recruiting a team of Customer Service Agents with Sales experience. The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a Sales orientated position where up selling and cross selling was part of their duties. You must have fantastic communication, rapport building and negotiation skills and enjoy working in a busy challenging environment. Within the position you will be expected to follow up on warm leads, deal with any customer queries and up sell and cross sell the company products when the opportunity arises, amongst other duties.
